yplant4.zip : The Yplant executable (unzip this first!). Use this version of Yplant (only!) if you want to analyze the output files with the YpTools package.

yptools.pdf : A manual (in progress) with instructions.

YpTools.zip : the windows version of the package (to install in R, click on Packages/Install package(s) from local zip files... and select this zip file).
