Here you can find a number of R packages that I am developing. These are free for you to download and use, but bear in mind that most of these are still under development. The windows binaries are provided here - if you need the source code - just send me an email (remkoduursma, gmail). I am not responsible for any problems this code may give you, but I am interested to hear about bugs you may find, or comments you may have. YpTools: A bundle of functions to analyze output and input files of the Yplant model of Robert Pearcy. Includes a 3D plant visualizer, tools for batch runs, an alternative to Yplant for calculation of LDR files, and more. LeafAngle : Analysis, fitting, and visualization of leaf angle distributions (following Wang et al. 2007). readlicor : A function to read Licor-6400 output files. Has been tested on a number of OPEN versions, and can read fluorescence parameters, and optionally averages data in between comments. GasExchangeR : Leaf gas exchange models from the Maestra model. A-ci curves, coupled photosynthesis-stomatal conductance models, etc. Maeswrap : Now available on CRAN. Batch utilities for the MAESTRA and MAESPA models. Please visit the MAESTRA website to download the model and read the documentation. fitBBOpti : Fits the stomatal conductance model of Medlyn et al. (2011) to leaf gas exchange data. Very easy to use.
